Dispatchers sent a deputy to a larceny report in the 6800 block of Mint Julep Lane at 1:39 p.m. Sunday.
Dispatchers relayed a third-party report at 11:40 a.m. Sunday of an assault between two employees at Boomerang in the 100 block of East Oklahoma. The reported suspect had left, dispatchers said. An officer responded and requested a case number before returning to service.
Dispatchers sent crews at 11 a.m. Sunday to a medical call involving a 35-year-old man in the 400 block of East Harrison. Medic 2 and Squad 1 responded, and Medic 2 reported a nonemergency transport to a hospital in Edmond.
Dispatchers reported an altercation involving a red Dodge Ram and a silver Ford Flex at the Valero near I-35 and Highway 33 at 10:32 a.m. Sunday. A caller said a woman reported a gun associated with the red pickup, which headed west on Highway 33. An officer stopped a red pickup on the viaduct but said it was probably not the involved vehicle, and another officer found the caller had left the Valero.
A deputy reported contacting a man carrying a sign on Highway 77 just north of County Road 76 at 9:31 a.m. Sunday. The deputy later had a Purple Heart sign in the patrol vehicle while awaiting confirmation from Guthrie, and then reported dropping the signs off at Guthrie Police, according to radio traffic.
Dispatch sent unit 45 to an illegal-dumping report in the alley behind the 600 block of East Cleveland. The officer described a wooden cross about nine feet tall and weighing a couple hundred pounds, and asked for a note to the street department to collect it with a trailer the following morning.
Unit 36 responded to an unwanted-person request at Love’s. After speaking with an employee, the officer asked dispatch to remove the person’s trespass designation because the employee was allowing a food purchase. The officer said police would stand by while the person left.
Oak Cliff fire crews and deputies checked a reported roadside grass fire near Holly Hill Drive and Simmons at 3:48 a.m. Sunday. The caller described a person lighting something, putting it out and walking away. Fire crews met the caller, checked the spot and reported no active fire and no one located before returning to service.
Dispatchers reported a person yelling and causing a disturbance near Blackwater Coffee at Industrial and Division at 2:35 a.m. Sunday. Guthrie officers responded and coordinated their search for the person, according to radio traffic.
Cashion Fire was dispatched at 1:59 a.m. Sunday to a reported grass fire about 1½ miles south of the intersection of 830 and 2980. Brush 45 checked the area after a third-party report relayed through Kingfisher County and returned to service after finding no grass fire.
A police unit checked a burning tree near May and Highway 74C at 1:47 a.m. Sunday, later describing a gated property in the 11600 block of Highway 74C. According to radio traffic, the homeowner had reported an earlier brush burn to the county, knew the tree was burning and was watching it.
Dispatch reported a 16-year-old boy had taken ten pills of an unknown kind. Deer Creek Engine 1 responded and met Miller EMS on scene. The engine was canceled on scene by EMS and returned to service.
