The flights are our own log, built from the positions aircraft broadcast and volunteers collect through adsb.lol. The aircraft and its owner come from the Federal Aviation Administration’s registry, a public record the FAA publishes and refreshes nightly; we reload it weekly. An owner is whoever holds the registration, which for many aircraft is a company or a trust rather than the person flying that day. A registered owner is not evidence of who was aboard.
