Good morning, First Capital, and happy Monday. This morning we report that Robert Franklin's teaching role at OU is raising questions about the university's political-candidacy policy. Crews from several departments were called to a house fire in the 11600 block of South Coyle Road, and responders were sent to a crash on southbound I-35 near mile marker 154 that damaged a guardrail and blocked a lane. Satellites detected heat at three spots in Logan County over the weekend, near Orlando, Arcadia and Guthrie, and Coyle's Board of Trustees holds a special meeting at 7 p.m.
