Good morning, First Capital. This morning we report that early voting opens in Logan County. Overnight, deputies and fire crews were called to a report of a wrong-way driver ahead of a head-on crash on southbound I-35 near mile marker 149, south of Charter Oak. KOCO reports Guthrie police are asking for help identifying an unconscious pedestrian struck by a vehicle, and Oklahoma Watch reports the state's voter data law faces a federal challenge over access limits. Expect a cloudy, dry Thursday.
